Because all products at allmyart.net are made-to-order through a print-on-demand system, we only offer refunds or exchanges under specific conditions.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is received damaged, or

  • The product is not as described.

We do not offer refunds or returns if:

  • You changed your mind after ordering.

  • More than 15 days have passed since delivery.

  • The item has obvious signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

  • Parts are missing for reasons unrelated to us.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Do not return any item without first contacting us at Allmyart@outlook.fr. We will review the case and check with our supplier. Returns are only allowed with our prior approval.

  2. Shipping
    If approved, return the item to the address listed on the invoice or order form, and at your own expense.

  3. Return Conditions
    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Allmyart@outlook.fr.
