Whatever the case, return shipping is paid by the customer, there is no free shipping on allmyart.net
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because all our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand system, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

The item arrives damaged, or

The item is not as described.

Our refund and exchange policy is valid within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact Us First
Before sending anything back, please contact us at allmyart@outlook.fr with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
We will contact the supplier on your behalf. Returns are only accepted with our approval and the supplier’s agreement. -
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, you must send the item back:-
To the address indicated on the invoice or order form.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:-
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The item shows obvious signs of use.

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

More than 15 days have passed since delivery.

The reason for return is: “I changed my mind.”
