Refund policy

Return: to the address indicated on the invoice and at your own cost, only after we check with the supplier and is own accord. Returns: to the address on the purchase order and at your expense, only after discussion with us and with the agreement of the supplier For an exchange or refund.

Return product are only possible if and only if

  • The product is received damaged or not as described.
  • Error in size, color, design
  • If you received an item different from your order
  • Return item before 15 days after being delivered, if (damage, wrong product, size error/ color)

The store works with the print-on-demand system. This means that the product is produced when the order is placed, especially for the buyer. Also, there is no refund if a customer changes their mind. Our refund policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without the manufacturer prior
consent.

No refund if :

  • Obvious signs of use;

  • Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

  • Because you don't want it anymore

  • Refunds (if applicable)

  • Product not as described

  • Product damage

  • the manufacturer prior consent.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved by the manufacturer .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
