FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

1) Are these original paintings?
No. We do not sell original paintings. All products are reproductions (premium prints/framed posters) made from original designs created by the artist.

2) What does “framed poster, ready to hang” mean?
A premium print mounted in a frame (black, oak, or walnut depending on options) with hanging hardware included. Unbox → hang.

3) Production & shipping times
Made-to-order production begins after purchase. Exact delivery estimates appear at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped.

4) Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll try to apply the change or cancel the order.

5) Returns policy (made-to-order prints)
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only if:
a) the item received does not match the order, or
b) it arrives damaged/defective.
For any eligible return, contact us first with photos; items must be unused and in original condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind because each print is produced to order.

6) Damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?
Photograph the packaging and the product on arrival and contact us promptly. After review, we will replace or refund.

7) Color accuracy
We use color-calibrated printing, but small differences can occur due to screens and lighting. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

8) Copyright & usage
All artworks are copyrighted designs. Purchasing a poster does not grant reproduction or commercial rights. For licensing inquiries, please contact us.

9) Customs & import fees
Your country may charge import taxes/duties on delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

10) Payments & security
Payments are processed via secure providers (major cards and, where available, PayPal). We do not store card details.

11) Digital product (PDF) — how do I get it?
Immediately after purchase you’ll receive an email with an instant download link. Nothing is shipped. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us for a new link.

12) PDF returns & refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter a technical issue, we’ll help until it’s resolved.
